Requirements

  • Passport valid 6+ months with blank pages
  • completed visa form
  • recent passport photo
  • residence proof in Ethiopia if requested
  • travel/health insurance where required
  • flight reservation/itinerary
  • proof of accommodation
  • proof of funds (usually 3-6 months bank statements)
  • employment letter/business license/tax docs or proof of ties
  • previous visas if any
  • translations/legalization if documents are not accepted in English/French/local language
  • Business documents: invitation letter from host company/organizer, host company registration/tax evidence if requested, sending company letter explaining position/purpose/dates/sponsorship, trade license, conference registration or meeting agenda
